CAUTION: Below is Spyware/Adware Installer. You need to inspect carefully. Did you ask for this file? Clicking Don't Install does it do what second picture show's? You may see this on some sites. Point is don't install it. I went ahead and did to see what happens and it installed a major adware, spyware junk. Adaware said it had over 156 Critical Items it found. I easily got rid of it with Adaware Personnal edition available many places on the web.
I say easily actually one thing was so bad it wouldn't uninstall it till I rebooted and it(Adaware) came up and cleaned it out perfectly. That was WinAdAlt.exe and
WinAdCtl.exe. Those things are so bad it won't let you kill them with Ctrl, Alt, Delete and End Task.
Some of the other things it installs is WebRebates0.exe, WebRebates1.exe, www.abetterinternet.com, exdl.exe and others - see pic below.

You visit a site and it pops up something like this.

You get this.
You'll find a folder here C:\temp contains bad files, also in Program Files a temp folder containing more with references from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run to start Ad Programs
