Powertoys

Add Right Click Send To, to Folders and files. Then you have option of Move or Copy if you choose Any Folder. Definitely a Must Have. Very useful utility for file's. Its actually Win95 version of Send To Powertoy but this is version 1.2 and works with XP

SendTo FTP 2.8 Very useful FTP program and its Free. It Only uploads though but is fast. Just right click on any file you want to upload and choose Send To and you'll have a sub item called Send To FTP. Works fine on XP.
FileZilla Another Freebie and A good complete FTP program for upload/download. Scroll down to Latest File Releases and choose Download
